SheMoney and A Bolder Way Forward are working together to bring content, expertise, community and leadership to ALL the non-profit organizations and networks that have as their primary focus the needs of women+ and girls.

Who should join this call? If your work as a professional, or volunteer, involves raising money for an organization who primarily focuses on serving the needs of women+ and children in the state of Utah.

Join us on March 21st at 11:00 AM MST (via Zoom) for an interactive discussion with global fundraising expert, Kathy LeMay. Following brief remarks from Dr. Susan Madsen and Jacki Zehner, Kathy will share insights from her decades of work as a gender-intelligent philanthropic movement builder. Kathy will also explore internal and collective identity work as it relates to fundraising. Then, we want to hear from you!

• If you could wave a wand and gain one new fundraising skill, what would that be?

• What specific challenges do you face raising money for women+ and girls in the state of Utah?

• Do you feel powerful and effective in your role as a fundraiser? If not, what do you need to get there?

By the end of this session, our goal is that you will be able to more fully apply your many leadership skills to your fundraising efforts. Your insights will then help set a direction for a half-day fundraising workshop, led by Kathy in Salt Lake City, on April 4th. We hope to summarize the learnings from this call to inform additional efforts catalyzing funding for organizations working to make Utah a state where women+, girls and families thrive.
